These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Seven Zone Co-Working Space website, accounts, bookings, memberships, facilities, customer-support channels, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate and current information and be legally able to enter into an agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Bookings, memberships, and payments
Availability, prices, packages, benefits, operating hours, and payment terms are displayed or communicated when you make a booking or purchase. A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and any required payment is completed. Taxes or additional services may be charged where applicable.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility may depend on the selected service or package and the notice provided. Contact Seven Zone as soon as possible if you need to change a booking. Charges already incurred and non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
Acceptable use and facility conduct
You must use our website, communications, network, equipment, and physical facilities lawfully and respectfully. You must not interfere with services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware or spam, harass others, damage property, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the facilities for illegal or unsafe activity. We may suspend access where necessary to protect customers, staff, property, or systems.
WhatsApp communications
If you provide your phone number or contact us on WhatsApp, we may use WhatsApp to verify your number, respond to enquiries, provide service updates, and send communications you requested or permitted. Carrier or data charges may apply. You may ask us to stop optional marketing messages at any time. WhatsApp and Meta also apply their own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
The Seven Zone name, branding, website, content, software, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except as allowed by law or with written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them.
Third-party services
Our services may link to or rely on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta, maps, payment, hosting, or authentication providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their own terms may apply.
Service availability
We aim to keep services available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seven Zone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes and termination

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Courts with proper jurisdiction in Egypt will resolve disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.
