Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information associated with your Seven Zone account or WhatsApp conversations using either method below:

  1. Send a WhatsApp message to +20 106 759 1301 stating that you want your data deleted.
  2. Send a request through the contact form on the Seven Zone website.

Include the phone number or email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal information within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. We will confirm when the request is completed.
